There's an abundance to do here — but only if you're after something that means something. Come chasing reels and ticking boxes, and you'll miss all of it. And yet, the irony: stop chasing, and this place will hand you more worth filming than you ever imagined.

What you won't find here
Let's be honest about what isn't here, so you arrive wanting exactly what is.
No nightlife
No pubs, no bars, no neon — but a bonfire, a little music, and an open theatre with sky thick with stars.
No malls
Barely any shopping at all. The only thing worth carrying home is how you feel when you leave.
No eating out
No restaurants to go hunting for. Every meal is home-cooked — much of it farm-to-plate from our own fields.
