Room 203

The Dove Room

Our largest room — first floor on the quiet back side, with the most space of all and a calm that's its own. Named for the spotted dove, whose gentle cooing drifts up from the garden walls.

The Jay Room

A medium first-floor room in the right wing, with three windows framing the treetops. Bright, breezy and high above the courtyard, named for the clever black-headed jay of the oak woods.

The Minivet Room

A snug first-floor room in the left wing, tucked up among the treetops. Quiet and cosy with a window to the canopy, named for the scarlet minivet — the 'raja-rani' that flits through the cedars.

The Myna Room

A bright, medium ground-floor room in the right wing, with three windows opening to the hills. Airy and full of light right through the day, named for the bold, talkative myna of the eaves.

The Sparrow Room

Our cosiest corner — a snug ground-floor room in the left wing, where the morning light pours in first. Small, warm and easy to settle into, named for the cheerful sparrow of the courtyard.
